When running an nVision report using Dynamic selector options, the report runs to completion but the PSSAMSRV server becomes busy with a SQLAccess service request. Quickly all PSSAMSRV servers are tied up and no reports can be run.
Here is how to replicate the issue...
1). nVision users run reports in Windows 3 tier mode.
2). Two connection to the appserver are made via Jolt.
3). The report runs fine and results are returned to the user.
4). The PSSAMSRV stays in the SQLAccess status and one Jolt connection indicates BUSY.
5). If the users submit another request from the same nVision session, an error pop-up with illegal uncommitted SQL cursor detected. The PSSAMSRV will return to an IDLE status and Jolt connection is no longer busy.
