Symptoms
The City of Louisville and Jefferson Co KY have merged into a new tax entity called Louisville Metro.
Tax reporting forms have changed so that employers can now file taxes with one set of numbers.
The following websitementions new tax forms, and documents that the tax rates have not changed, with a total resident rate of 2.2% and nonresident rate of 1.45%.
