Symptoms
Recalc All Pay Calculation is not reprocessing all checks - it is calculating employees with a JOB_CHANGE = "R" on PAY_LINE.
Example 1: We created Paysheets and ran Recalc All. We then realized that we had to change a rate (flat amount) on the Earnings Table which effected employee's Additional Pay data. We ran a Recalc All and the new flat amount was not used. The only way for us to get the new rate to be used was to update employees PAY_LINE.Job_Change Flag to "R". We thought a Recalc All should have recalculated all employees regardless of this flag.
Example 2: We had a similar problem where we had to change the Stop Earnings Date for an Additional Pay row for several hundred employees through SQL. In order for this stop earnings to take effect we had to update PAY_LINE.Job_Change Flag to "R" despite the fact that we ran Recalc All.
