Symptoms

PeopleBooks documents DEPT_CF_FULLSYNC and DEPT_CF_SYNC as the messages delivered to populate the DEPT_CF_TBL which is used as a prompt table when populating expense group mappings using the new functionality for dynamic chartfields in release 8.9.       Neither message exists in 8.9.

DEPT_CF_TBL is actually a view of DEPT_TBL so the DEPT_FULLSYNC and DEPT_SYNC messages still populate the available records.
