Symptoms


Users receiving message saying 'Your PeopleSoft Connection has Expired' in following situation.

Here are some instances that have caused this message to appear:
1. Users launch their browser using a link to the environment and they receive the error message. No other PeopleSoft web browser is open.
2. Users have an environment (i.e. production) open in tools 8.44.17 version, they open another window to compare something to another environment (development) and they receive the error message in their browser.
3. Users have an environment (i.e. development) open in tools 8.46.05 version, they open another window to compare something to another environment (development) in tools version 8.44.17 and they receive the error message in their browser.
