After upgrading to PeopleTools 8.46, AppEngine processes remained in queued. They eventually run, but they stay in queued status for well past their specified run time. This in turn causes many other processes to "stack up" in the Process Scheduler's queue.
Other process types such as Cobol and Crystal run without issue.
In the Master Scheduler log, it shows previous AppEngine processes as Active even though they have ended in No Success or Error.
