E-PRCS: AppEngines, SQRs Queued Due to Too Many Active Processes (Doc ID 644111.1)

After upgrading to PeopleTools 8.46, App Engine processes remained in "Queued".

They eventually run, but they stay in "Queued" status for well past their specified run time. This in turn causes many other processes to "stack up" in the Process Scheduler's queue.

Other process types such as Cobol and Crystal run without issue.

In the Master Scheduler log, it shows previous App Engine processes as Active even though they have ended in "No Success" or "Error".
