Symptoms

Active Pay Plan is not broken by the Pay Plan Monitor process when you leave a non-required parameter value  blank on the BROKEN PP algorithm.  If you enter a value, say 0, and run the same process again, the pay plan became broken.  Look like the system will not change the status of the pay plan unless all fields have values.

This happens to a customer on a pay plan and the customer has not made any payments prior to the pay plan nor has he made any payments during the pay plan.  When you run Pay Plan Monitor process for the day after the scheduled date,  it does not change the status of Pay Plan to broken.
