CRM: Unable to Activate Student Admin Profiles with SYNCID Error

Unable to activate out of the box Student Admin profiles. Getting the error below when attempting to activate "CS-ADM Academic History".

The expected message name was not found in the message data at the correct location. Examine the raw XML message data in the Integration Broker Monitor.
In addition the XML response shows the following message which correspond to the error in the DES log:
