Symptoms

VAT field not available for voucher entry and amounts not updated after refresh.

1. VAT field not available immediately when adding a voucher.  It is grayed out and cannot be entered.  This happens if the user enters the gross total right at the start of voucher add.

2. Extended Amount and Amount are not updated correctly on refresh after entering in VAT amount at header.  The Extended Amount and Amount previously would be updated with the gross amount - vat amount from header.
