The file server is not showing up in Change Assistant or the PSEMviewer
1. Ran "E-CA Refresh and CleanUp of the Environment Management Hub (PSEMHUB) data (Doc ID 622874.1)" to Refresh and CleanUp the PSEMHUB data.
2. Stopped and restarted all agents on relevant machines
3. Forced a recrawl on the file and app servers by deleting the search-results.xml file and running startagent recrawl before restarting the agents.
