Benefits Administration Process Drops Both Dependents When One Is Overage (Doc ID 646558.1)

Symptoms

Eligible dependents were dropped with an Open Enrollment event when other dependents became ineligible due to age limits.  It appears that if the employee had only 2 dependents for his/her health plans - 1 spouse and 1 child - and the child exceeded the age limit, both dependents were dropped.  Employees with more than 2 dependents processed correctly.
