Symptoms

Possible Error messages received when attempting to run a cobol process when application server is not installed/found.

" No license key was detected for Net Express Application Server. Either install
a license key using AppTrack or contact your application supplier.
Your developer license for Net Express Application Server has lapsed.
To reactivate this license, use AppTrack to uninstall it and then reinstall it. "

OR

"The license database for Net Express Application Server does not exist and is required to run your application. If you received a license with your application, install it using Apptrack. Otherwise contact your application supplier"
