OLM Web Page Submit Generates "Message Set: 18136, Message Number: 2500" Error

Submitting new contacts on Online Marketing web generates the error:
"There are errors. Please click the back button and try again. (Message Set: 18136, Message Number: 2500) " appear.

Updating existing contacts are working but submitting new contacts generated the aforementioned error.

In the XML response message, the following error is generated:

The following error is shown in the DES debug log:
