POI Type of Other Payee for Providing Benefits, will not Accept Benefits System (Doc ID 648039.1)

Symptoms

When a non-employee (most often a Retiree, retired employee) is classified with an Organizational Relationship of POI, to provide them with Benefits, the Type of Other Payee has been identified as being the option to select.

However, the only Benefits System that is selectable is 'Not Managed in PeopleSoft'. We should be able to select Base Benefits or Benefits Administration.
