Cannot Find a Person Under 'Modify Person' (Doc ID 648040.1)

1) You added a person with Person Of Interest (POI) relationship (i.e unknown, ext instructor, others, etc). After the person was added, you were unable to access the person's data through the Modify a Person component.

2) You added a person and saved the personal data but did not complete the Job Data and save the record .  This could  happen due to interruption in work or system failure.  Later, you were unable to find the person through "Modify a Person."
