Symptoms

When running an application that uses the PSANALYTICSRV server, after an interval of "Processing" on the screen, the application boots the user out to the PIA login screen.

In the TUXLOG, it shows the following:

131250.phus007!JSH.26949.1.-2: JOLT_CAT:1185: "INFO: Userid: [<USERID>], Clientid: [<server>.com] timed out due to inactivity"
131250.phus007!JSH.26949.1.-2: JOLT_CAT:1198: "WARN: Forced shutdown of client; user name '<USERID>'; client name '<server>.com'"
131402.phus007!BBL.23726.1.0: CMDTUX_CAT:1836: WARN: Server(23732) processing terminated with SIGKILL after SVCTIMEOUT
131407.phus007!BBL.23726.1.0: LIBTUX_CAT:541: WARN: Server APPSRV/1 terminated
