Users are complaining that it takes too long to expand all of the necessary folders for obtaining certain information in RMS89. Is there a way to default folders or "trees" to open?
This is not really a performance issue related to the speed it takes for a folder to open. Rather, it's a design/efficiency issue. Users are complaining that there are simply too many clicks required to navigate to
some routine areas of CIS/RMS.
