Symptoms

Client would like the following to only be warning messages not hard error messages.  They have a case where the employee is on leave (so they have + reg earnings - LOA earnings [adds to accum) and then has medical insurance [subtracts from].  The Medical insurance needs to go into arrears.  They get an error 000378.  Client would really like this as a warnings.  He can't pay these employees without turning off the arrears and they need the arrears.  He wants the client to have the ability to say this error is okay.

Message 000377 "The maximum allowable number of special accumulator codes has been exceeded for the deduction code indicated." will be generated if a deduction code has more than 100 special accumulators associated with it.

Message 000378 "The Special Accumulator shown below was used to calculate a deduction.  As a result of insufficient net pay, deductions using this special accumulator are inaccurate." will be generated if, as a result of not enough net pay a deduction amount is reduced, and that deduction amount affected a special accumulator, and that special accumulator was used to calculated another deduction.

Message 000379 "The Special Accumulator shown below is being adjusted for the deduction shown.  This Special Accumulator has already been used to calculate another deduction that has a higher priority." Will be generated if a deduction being calculated affects a special accumulator, but that special accumulator has already been used to calculate an earlier deduction
