Symptoms

Why are multiple sequence numbers for an employee's deduction and tax liabilities reflected in records such as the PAY_DED_LIAB_AP?

Example:

Employee has a single garnishment, however there are two rows reflected on the AP Extract Review for the garnishment showing different amounts that total to the full garnishment deduction.
