E-AE: psae From Unix/Oracle Command Line Fails with Lower Case DBNAME (Doc ID 650051.1)

Symptoms

Process Scheduler can start successfully, and successfully run Application Engine(AE) programs using psae.  However, if psae is run from unix command line, using the lowercase DBNAME, then Error in sign on occurs, pointing to Reason: Could not sign on to database e881g20p with user VP1.
