EAM: CALC_DEPR_STATUS remains "I" after Reset and AMDPCALC SQR is not called (Doc ID 650394.1)

Symptoms

A customer used SQL to reset a formerly retired asset to the ADD row, then ran Depreciation Calculation (AM_DEPR_CALC Application Engine) on the asset.
AM_DEPR_CALC went to Success, but did not kick off the AMDPCALC SQR program. It also left the CALC_DEPR_STATUS field set to I (In Process) in the PS_OPEN_TRANS table.
