E-WF: What Makes The Worklist Reassign Button Active Or Not Active, For Classic Worklists That Are NON Approval Framework (AWE) Worklists? (Doc ID 650754.1)

Symptoms


There is a REASSIGN pushbutton on page WORKLIST which is being grayed based on the value in PSEVENTROUTE record REASSIGN field in PSWORKLIST.BUSPROCNAME.ROWINIT peoplecode.  My question is how/where can the REASSIGN field be updated to a 1 via a page in order to make the REASSIGN button available to users?  Is this an installation option or can it be updated via a page ?

 

Or conversely, how can the Reassign Button be disabled on Classic Workflow
