Goal
When going live in production, the Base time zone in your environment is set to, say PST. You realised that it needs to be set to CST because your DBMS server is running in the CST time zone. Is there any potential impact by changing the Base Time Zone via PIA in PeopleTools -> Utilities -> Administration-> PeopleTool Options?
