To correct subscription contracts stuck in TIMEOUT status. This can also be used for messages in other status, even DONE but beware that the subscription handler will run the data for each resubmission... so care should be taken in pursuing this at your own risk.
Subscription Contract stuck in TIMEOUT status. This is holding up other messages in the queue. Customer cannot affect this message online due to other problems and as a workaround customer would like to cancel this message manually in the tables. However, customer cannot find a pubid as seen in 8.47 and prior releases.
