Symptoms

All attempts to send Integration Broker messages between two PeopleSoft environments on PeopleTools 8.48 or later trigger an error:

User {userid} not authorized to invoke Service Operation

Changes

Usually happens on implementing a new integration or testing an existing one after PeopleTools upgrade from pre-8.48 release to 8.48 or later.
