Symptoms

An attempt to upload the Voucher spread sheet process(ExcelUploadforVoucher.xls) in FSCM 8.9 through Integration broker by using 'VOUCHER_BUILD' Message into Voucher Staging Tables.

Using From Node: PSFT_AP_VCHR_XML and To_Node:PSFT_EP.

Both these nodes are successfully Pinging and all required setup process was done by using KM Doc ID 645715.1, referenced below. Still the message is not published into peoplesoft side.
