E-OAS: - oc4j_socket_recvfull timed out in http_error_log (Doc ID 653040.1)

Symptoms

Customer is running long online processes using Oracle Application Server as their web server. Users running queries are kicked out after 10 minutes. Checking the http_error_log they are seeing errors like the following:

[Fri Feb  2 13:59:02 2007] [error] [client 192.168.1.1] [ecid: 1170442440:100.222.229.175:95078:0:7,0] MOD_OC4J_0033: Failed to receive an ajp13 message from oc4j.
[Fri Feb  2 13:59:02 2007] [warn] [client 192.168.1.1] [ecid: 1170442440:100.222.229.175:95078:0:7,0] MOD_OC4J_0078: Network connection errors happened to host: psoft.com and port: 12512 while receiving the first response from oc4j.  This request is recoverable.

[Fri Feb  2 13:59:02 2007] [error] [client 192.168.1.1] [ecid: 1170442440:100.222.229.175:95078:0:7,0] MOD_OC4J_0013: Failed to call destination: findev's service() to service the request.
