When searching for an employee using the Employee Record field, if you enter "0" and click the Search button, 0 disappears and Employees with Employee Record Number 0 and 1 are returned.
However, when you enter Employee Record < 1 as the criteria, then only the zero rows are returned in the search. Also, when you enter equal to 10 as the criteria, the search view returns Employee Record with 10 only.
Interestingly, when you enter equal to 0 again, the search view only returns 0.
