Symptoms
After upgrade to PT 8.48.08 and During the testing of the Payroll to GL interface (PAYGL02A) the following error message is being encountered during the publish of the PAYROLL_ACCTG_TRANSACTION:
PublicationContractManager::ProcessError/RetryResponse(): 'User <USERID> not authorized to invoke Service Operation PAYROLL_ACCTG_TRANSACTION. (158,536)'.
KM <Document:652518.1> was reviewed, and the Userid XXX does have Userid Profile on Subscribing/Receiving/Target Database. This error persisted.
