Users are getting the  "Page data inconsistent with database (18,1)" error when they go into a User Profile, make a change, hit save, then make another change, and hit save again.  If they come out of the User Profile, the first change that was made is taken, but the second change is not.  Each time a user wants to hit save twice in the same window of the User Profile, they end up with this error.  What is the issue, and how can this be fixed?
