ETL8.x & 9.x Need other way of correcting the comp_leav & upg_comp.

There should be some way of correcting the comp_leav table for a single employee or a group of employees without rebuilding both the comp and the leave for the whole organization. And whatever route is taken to accomplish this, it should be available from within PIA but we should also not be forced to run both upgrade comp and upgrade leave. Upgrade leave is the one we need to run but upgrade comp is the one that causes the most issues after the re-run (clawbacks and exceptions). We would also like the option of just running it for the small number of employees who have an issue because the way upgrade comp works is that once we run it, we only have one record for the last accruals run in our comp leav table.
Our issues with it are -
1) we must run both upg_comp and upg_leav if we have a problem with either comp or leav.
2) we must run it for everyone in the corporation even if we have a problem with a single person. There has to be a better way to handle employees who get out of synch. (possibly the ability to run either upg_comp or upg_leav from pia for a single employee, a dynamic group, or a paygroup)
3) It generates exceptions and claw backs for historical information even though it is past history and already paid. The last time we ran it, we had almost 500 exceptions and clawbacks going back to 2003. If the transactions had been processed in the same order that they were originally, no exceptions/reversals would have been issued.
