Symptoms
The PER099 Application Engine program fails with the following error message:
"ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace PSTEMP."
Increased the PS_TEMP table space to 15 GB. PS_TEMP loads the EMPLOYEE table, but because of the error the table is empty. The process ran to success on Oracle 10.1.0.4 and not in Oracle 10.2.0.2. The PER099 job runs for an extended time before completing and sometimes does not complete at all.
