Symptoms
Running a SYSAUDIT report returned errors in section "Version Checks Audit". PeopleBooks recommends to run VERSION AE in such a case. After running VERSION AE following the procedure described in:
E-AS: How to Run AE VERSION (Application Engine Program) (Doc ID 611565.1)
The SYSAUDIT is clean but running the query:
"SELECT * FROM PSVERSION ORDER BY VERSION DESC;"
against the database then it can be noticed that the version value associated with SYS is no longer greater to or equal to all other values in the PSVERSION table
