Symptoms
Problem in accessing MS Office 2007 Word Document through Recruiting. For example, MS WORD 2007 contain extension .docx and these are not compatible with Talent Acquisition Manager.
Applicant has attached the resume of type .docx from Candidate Gateway, Careers page. When recruiter clicks on Resume Icon to view the resume from the Applicant Activity page, a dialog box is displayed instead of opening the Word document in the browser and also the word document in the dialog box appears as a zip file.
