Symptoms

APPSRV.LOG shows several of the following messages

PSAPPSRV.9831 [02/16/07 11:08:48 FX315810@xxx.xx.xx.xxx PortalRegistry](4) Failed to load URL:http://example.com:33080/psc/ecoetst/EMPLOYEE/ERP/s/WEBLIB_EOPP_SC.HOMEPAGE.FieldFormula.IScript_AppHP?pt_fname=PT_MASS_CHANGES in the Portal registry. In fn CPortalRegistry::FindLogicalURL in file /view/pt84406b-retail-st-lnx05/vob/peopletools/src/psoftapi/portalregistry.cpp
