Symptoms
Customer has been using the SOAPTOCI application message and associated application classes to process inbound SOAP requests that map to CIs (Component Interfaces) on PT 8.45x, and it suddenly stopped working. When posting a message they get the response below. In the errorLog they see a NoClassDefFound error (farther down).
