Students With No Past Due Charges are Showing up in Credit History as Past Due

Symptoms
After running Credit History Student Financials > Collections > Credit History > Process > Credit History (SFPCRDPS.CBL) several students have been classified as being past due.
A review of the students account indicates the student either has a balance due of $0, or the past due charges are less then those indicated on the page Student Financials > Collections > Credit History > Review Credit history.
