Symptoms
Customer reports sporadic "HTTP 403 Forbidden" messages when using REN functionality such as running reports to window.
The following message is seen in PSRENSRV_MMDD.log
(WARN) CRenSecurityCache::AddPermissions token already in cache
RenRequest](3) PeopleSoft Token authentication failed: token has expired
RenRequest](2) (PSAPPSRV): The REN Server authentication request received an invalid token
RenRequest](3) PeopleSoft Token authentication failed: token has expired
