E-PerfMon: What are the Steps to Turn off Performance Monitor (Doc ID 657022.1)

Symptoms

If you decide to disable PPMI, performance monitor, you need to make sure all the components in the monitoring and monitored systems are turned off. If not, the app server log and the weblogic will be full of error messages like these
