Symptoms

After upgrading to PeopleTools 8.49, nVision reports run slower and eventually complete after a long period of time. This behavior occurs to nVision reports run via the web and the Windows client.

After enabling the nVision trace, it was found there was a performance issue during the DeliverAmounts and DeliverInstance steps for these reports.
