Symptoms

 The customer calculated the actual day depreciation manually and found it at variance with what is being presented by PeopleSoft. PeopleSoft appears to be calculating AD depreciation as an average amount for the period rather than an actual day amount based on a daily rate, i.e depreciation for January is yearly depreciation / 12, not yearly depreciation / 365 * 31.
