 Prior to 9.0 there were direct links to add employee data for languages, license and certifications, etc.  This is all done now through the employee profile. Is there a way to add this information for the employee without using the profile?
 When a profile is used and changes are made to add or remove data in an employee profile, the application seems to go into an approval cycle before the changes are written to the accomplishments table. Is there a way to say no approval is needed?
 Changes to Person Profile information is not reflected on transaction pages after the changes are saved. 
 A user has created a new Profile Type but it is not available in drop down list when creating a new Employee Profile. 
 Is it possible to add Person Profiles for Persons Of Interest (POI) but no Job Data?
