Symptoms

An Human Capital Management (HCM) Service Framework error occurs when viewing or saving PERSON data throughout the Human Capital Management (HCM) Suite of products. There are several variations on the error, but a PeopleCode trace will show the following:

HMCR_FRAMEWORK.ServiceFramework.Utilities.ServiceManager.OnExecute error
