HCM Service Framework Error When Adding, Updating, or Viewing Person Data in Campus Solutions (Doc ID 658098.1)

An HCM Service Framework error occurs when viewing or saving PERSON data throughout the HCM Suite of products. There are several variations on the error, but a PeopleCode trace will show the following:

HMCR_FRAMEWORK.ServiceFramework.Utilities.ServiceManager.OnExecute error

Here is an example of a PeopleCode trace showing the error when an end user attempts to access a student's Photo:
