ECRM 9.x: Issue with security object,dynamic membership list (Doc ID 658341.1)

Symptoms



When any new security object ( person,company,etc.)  is added to CRM database that satisfies the selection criteria of a dynamic membership list, the membership list is not getting updated with the newly added person or company. It gets updated only if the RSEC_BUILDER AE program is run manually.Issue can be reproduced from the following steps:

    1. Navigate to Home -> Customer CRM -> Add Person.
    2. Add a consumer with the required details.
    3. Navigate to Home -> Set Up CRM -> Security -> CRM Application Security -> Search Membership List
    4. Open the 'All Persons' dynamic membership list and search for the newly added person record.
