Using WebLogic 9.2 or 10.3,  when we make a change in the index.html (or any other static HTML page), the changes are taken into account only after a forced-refresh (CTRL-F5) but then the html itself is getting truncated for the amount of characters added.

For example, if you add 8 characters to the index.html file, the received file will be truncated by 8 characters.
In another words, it keeps the same size!
