This issue has been reported on PPM WebSphere Webservers, but could potentially happen on environments with WebLogic or OAS as the PPM Server.
The symptom that customers will see are "loss of data" and "Stale Agent Data" messages in the System Performance pages.
In the APPSRV_xxx.LOG on the monitored system you will see the following errors:
