E-AE/PRCS: Hung PSAESRV Process May Lockup Or Slowdown the Process Scheduler in Processing AE Request (Doc ID 659568.1)

UNIX Process Scheduler appears to get hung momentarily.

The Process Scheduler was observed to be hung for a while (about 10 minutes), and there was no process that could be run by the Process Scheduler. After 10 minutes, processing went back to normal. From the Process Scheduler log, they saw "ChkAeStatus1 is busy" messages, also they found the PSAESRV got restarted

PSPRCSRV.458990 (0) [01/09/08 14:52:51](1) (NET.340): The application server advertising ChkAeStatus1 is busy, and the service request timed out.  Try again later.

PSPRCSRV.458990 (0) [01/09/08 14:52:51](2)         Process Name: B4IMPCERTPAY
PSPRCSRV.458990 (0) [01/09/08 14:52:51](2)         Process Type: Application Engine

The AESRV.log and TUXLOG files were checked and found the PSAESRV process crashed and restarted during that time frame.
