Symptoms
The CRM Online Marketing Dialog Execution Server uses JOLT message calls to CRM Local Node to the CRM Application Server JOLT server to update the CRM CDM basics data tables. The mcp?rutas=1 will run from the CRM Online Marketing Dialog Execution WebServer (DES), running a call to PSPING using PS_CR (CRM Local Node). The CRM Application Server JOLTt connections using the same XML messaging that is used by the Online Marketing DES webserver to insert and update the CRM CDM basics tables.
The message used for the rutas=1 call is the RY_XMSG_SERQ synchronous message. For PeopleTools 8.48 and higher, this is a Service Operation on the RY_XMSG_CHNL Queue. With PeopleTool 8.47 or lower RY_XMSG_SERQ is a synchronous message that runs on the RY_XMSG_CHNL message channel.

OnRequest for message RY_XMSG_SREQ could not run to completion on node PSFT_CR. (158, 974)
