Symptoms
We ran Billing Interface and it finished with "No Success", and got error message as below:

SQL error. Stmt #: 2 Error Position: 0 Return: 8009 - Maximum number of cursors exceeded
The billing interface program seems to open too many cursors. One solution is to increase the maximum number of open cursors for each session parameter in the database. However that is temporary and the issue may occur again.
