On Excel 2007, when launching nVision on the client workstation in either 2 or 3 tier mode, it errors with the message:

"Excel was unable to open the file by repairing or removing the unreadable document. This workbook has lost its VBA project, Active X controls and any other programmability-related features".

This can also happen on the Process Scheduler machine, which manifests as a hung nVision report or one that remains stuck in Processing.
